"My Lighthouse"

How is Christ your lighthouse? Today we visited an old civil-war lighthouse that has been standing for years. It has been destroyed multiple times and rebuilt even more. It has gone through wars, hurricanes, and earthquakes, but it is still standing!

Through all those problems, hurdles, and messes in your life, the light from Christ will always lead you in the right direction. We can be completely lost at sea, but the light from Christ' lighthouse will always lead us through that storm! Isn't that awesome!

John 8:12 says, "Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of light.' "

Christ has offered eternal life with Him! What are you waiting for? Oh boy, is it gonna be bumpy! But, OH BOY! The ride is all worth it! Step out of your shell! Step out onto the unsteady water! The light of Christ will carry you "safe to shore!" Trust him!
