Morning Routine

Morning routine's are the most important thing in your day. Having a routine that you wake up knowing is something that is very crucial in your day. I am going to be honest, I am still creating a morning routine that fits my morning and the time I have to get ready. I feel like every morning it is different but the bones are the same. My morning routine consists of meditation, bible time, and a short workout. Meditation is something that I make sure I take the time to do. I have a meditation app called "Insight Timer" which is an awesome guide to meditation. Starting your day by laying down and taking some deep breaths. You might think that I'm a creepy yoga person but meditation can be a good time to connect with God. Also, doing a daily devotional in the morning really makes your day a lot more positive. Finding a morning devotional book is also very helpful as a guide through your morning devotion. I encourage you to take 30 minutes or less to create a morning routine that fits your morning best.
