You are Saved by Grace!

V. 1-3 "And you were dead in your trespasses and sins in which you previously lived according to the ways of this world, according to the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit now working in the disobedient. We too all previously lived among them in our fleshly desires, carrying out the inclinations of our flesh and thoughts, and we were by nature children under wrath as the others were also."

We were all dead in our sins! Dead in our trespasses! We lived in the ways of this world and we lived with the fleshly desires of this world.

V. 4-5 "But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great loves that he had for us, made us alive with Christ even though we were dead in our trespasses. You are saved by grace!"

V. 6-7 "He also raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavens in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might display the immeasurable riches of his grace through his kindness to us in Christ Jesus."

Jesus raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavens! How crazy is that? He loves you so much that he has saved a seat for you in heaven with him. On top of that, he sacrificed his perfect life, for you. What more could you need? You are saved by grace!

V. 8-10 "For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God's gift, not from works, so that no one can boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do."

We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works. You are his workmanship! He made you, ahead of time, knowing who and what you were going to do throughout your life. He knew that you would mess up, a matter of fact he knew every single mess up you were going to make! But guess what! He loved you any way and he still loves you! No matter what you do! He loves you unconditionally! And you can't do anything to make him not like you! You are saved by grace!
