Prayer of Faith

This passage was written for a church who was struggling with prayer. Just as we struggle.

V. 13 Are any of you in trouble? Then you should pray. Are any of you happy? Then sing songs of praise.

When you are in trouble do you pray? I know it's hard. It truly is. Take the time. Pray

V. 14-15 Are any of you sick? Then send for the elders of the church to pray over you. Ask them to anoint you with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer offered by those who have faith will make you well. The Lord will heal you. If you have sinned you will be forgiven.

Prayer is powerful. And over all the Lord is powerful. We are forgiven. You are forgiven from your sin.

V. 16 So admit to one another that you have sinned. Pray for one another sot that you might be healed. The prayer of a godly person is powerful. It makes things happen.

Later in the passage James writes "God will erase many sins by forgiving him."

In our daily lives we can make change. Room. To pray. To talk to God. He wants to hear from you even if though he knows what your thinking already. He wants you to admit.
